We deliver to local addresses within Fargo. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery fees.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 Pm.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
• Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and holidays.

3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will:

• Contact the recipient to arrange an alternate delivery time; or
• Leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbor (when appropriate).

Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient contact information are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate information.

In case of severe weather or unexpected events that affect delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule or make alternative arrangements.

7. Substitutions
If certain flowers or materials are unavailable, we may substitute them with seasonal or similar-quality items of equal or greater value while maintaining the design’s overall look and style.

8. Delivery Confirmation
A confirmation message or email will be sent once your order has been successfully delivered.
